Contact us
Getting help
The quickest way is in the app: open More, then Help and feedback, and send us a message. A person at Titan Fitness Coogee reads every one. You can also ask at the Titan Fitness Coogee front desk, or email support@titanfitness.app. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong and which phone you use. We aim to reply within two business days.
Who can use titanOS
Anyone can create an account. Titan Fitness Coogee members can also link their gym membership under More, then Gym pass, using the member number on their gym card. If the number is not recognised, check with the front desk first, then email us.
Reporting a message or blocking someone
Open the chat, use the safety menu in the top corner, and choose report or block. Blocking takes effect immediately and stops messages in both directions. Reports go to a moderator who reviews them and can remove the message and act on the account. You can also email support@titanfitness.app if you would rather talk to a person.
Deleting your account
Go to More, then Settings, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the personal data attached to it. There is no waiting period and you do not need to contact us to do it.
When a food scan looks wrong
Every macro number can be edited before you log it, and you can change the portion at any time. If a scan fails we tell you it failed rather than inventing a number. If a specific food is consistently wrong, email us the food and what you expected and we will correct it in the database.
Where our food data comes from
Nutrition data in titanOS is drawn from several sources. Packaged and barcoded products come from Open Food Facts, used under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). See openfoodfacts.org. Whole and generic foods come from USDA FoodData Central, which is public domain. See fdc.nal.usda.gov. Australian fast-food items are taken from each chain's own published nutrition guide. Curated entries are maintained by us. Crowd-sourced data can contain errors, so we screen every entry against an energy-versus-macros check and drop anything that does not reconcile.
Privacy and terms
Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and how it is stored, including how food photo reading works and what is sent to a third-party AI provider. The Privacy Policy is in the app under More, then Privacy, and both it and the Terms of Service are on the web as plain pages.
